Online Reservations
To process your online reservation request, all reservations must be made no later than 7:00pm EST, the day prior to your service date. To request a reservation after this cut-off period, please call our Reservation office at 321-221-1111 to ensure availability.

Limitations of Liability
Melbourne Shuttle & Taxi Service reserves the right to cancel transportation at any time in the event of hazardous weather conditions or unforeseen operational problems. Melbourne Shuttle & Taxi Service shall not be liable to any individual utilizing these transportation services for delays, injury, loss, accident or damages to persons or property. Any expenses arising as a result of delayed departure or arrival times, including missed flights or travel connections, are the sole responsibility of the passenger.

Melbourne Shuttle & Taxi Service reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at its sole discretion.

Payment Methods
All airport pick up requests, for the exception of Melbourne Airport, must be paid in advance. For online reservations, customers must call in to provide credit card information as online credit card payments are no longer accepted.

Credit Card / Debit Card Convenience Fee

All credit cards transactions are charged at 4.2% convenience fee.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the day of service in order to receive a full refund.

Due to high demand and limited space, cancellations for trips to and from Port Canaveral must be made 72 hours in advance in order to obtain a full refund.

Cancellations for trips that are more than 2 hoursĀ  in duration will incur a 25% cancellation fee if cancelled less than 72 hours in advance.

Each passenger is allowed 2 pieces of luggage.

Oversized baggage is accommodated if space is available.

Baggage Liability

Melbourne Shuttle & Taxi Service assumes no liability for lost or damaged baggage, however we will make an effort to return allĀ  luggage leftin our vehicles.
