Online Reservations

To process your online reservation request, all reservations must be made no later than 7:00pm EST, the day prior to your service date. To request a reservation after this cut-off period, please call our Reservation office at 321-221-1111 to ensure availability.

Limitations of Liability

Melbourne Shuttle & Taxi Service reserves the right to cancel transportation at any time in the event of hazardous weather conditions or unforeseen operational issues. Melbourne Shuttle & Taxi Service shall not be liable to any individual utilizing these transportation services for delays, injury, loss, accident or damages to persons or property. Any expenses arising as a result of delayed departure or arrival times, including missed flights or travel connections, are the sole responsibility of the passenger.

Route Errors

All drivers follow GPS or customer-provided directions. If a routing error occurs but the passenger is ultimately transported to the booked destination, the service is considered completed. Delays or detours resulting from traffic, weather, or driver error do not qualify for a refund.

Refunds are only issued when the scheduled service is not rendered at all or canceled according to our stated policy.

Payment Methods

All airport pick-up requests, with the exception of local Melbourne Airport, must be paid in advance. For online reservations, customers must pay online via our secure online booking form. You may also call in to book over the phone.

Rates

Our rates are based on distance, passenger count, and destination. Fares are calculated at the time of booking and are subject to change based on fuel costs or toll adjustments. Gratuity is not included unless specified.

Credit Card / Debit Card Convenience Fee

All credit card transactions are charged a 3.9% service fee.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made no later than 11:59 PM on the day before your scheduled trip to qualify for a refund. You will be refunded the fare only.

For Port Canaveral Trips: Cancellations must be made no later than 11:59 PM two days before your scheduled trip to qualify for a refund. You will be refunded the fare only.

Baggage

Each passenger is allowed 2 pieces of luggage. Oversized baggage is accommodated if space is available.

Baggage Liability

Melbourne Shuttle & Taxi Service assumes no liability for lost or damaged baggage; however, we will make an effort to return all luggage left in our vehicles.

Melbourne Shuttle & Taxi Service reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at its sole discretion.
