Which airport is closest to Port Canaveral?
Melbourne Airport (MLB) is the closest airport to Port Canaveral, about 45 to 50 minutes away. Orlando International (MCO) is about 50 to 60 minutes, and Sanford Airport (SFB) is about 65 to 70 minutes. MLB is smaller, less crowded, and honestly a better experience if your airline flies there. We serve all three.
How far is Port Canaveral from MLB, MCO and SFB?
Melbourne Airport (MLB) is about 45 to 50 minutes. Orlando International (MCO) is about 45 to 60 minutes. Sanford Airport (SFB) is roughly 65 to 70 minutes. All three are a straightforward drive with no complicated routes.
I plan to arrive a day before the cruise. Can you pick me up at my hotel, Airbnb or vacation rental?
Yes, a good percentage of cruisers choose to arrive a day or more prior to their cruise. Many choose a hotel or other rental near the airport they are arriving in, or one in the Cocoa Beach and Port Canaveral area. We will pick you up wherever you choose to stay prior to the cruise.
What if my flight is delayed?
We monitor your flight in real time. If it is delayed your driver adjusts automatically. The only thing you should look out for is if the delay will cause you to potentially miss your cruise.
My airline changed my flight at the last minute. Can you still accommodate me?
In most cases yes. Call or text us as soon as you find out about the change at (321) 221-1111 and we will do our best to adjust.
Will I be able to catch an 11 AM flight after my cruise?
It depends on the airport. For Melbourne Airport (MLB) we do recommend it, since it is a small, efficient airport, and security lines are minimal. For Sanford Airport (SFB) it is possible but traffic can be unpredictable. For Orlando International (MCO) we would recommend a later flight, since traffic and security lines can be significant.

We are a group of 8 people with a lot of cruise luggage. Can you handle that?
Our passenger vans seat up to 14 and have dedicated cargo space designed for cruise luggage. One van, everyone together, no splitting the group into two Ubers and hoping they both show up.
Do you offer shared shuttles or only private transfers?
We only offer private shuttles for individuals and smaller / medium groups. We do not mix passengers from different bookings. You go directly from the airport to the port, there is no stopping at other airports or hotels, and no waiting for strangers.
Can we make a quick stop for groceries or beverages?
Yes, we can accommodate a quick stop (limited to 20 minutes) for essentials or beverages on your way to the port. Please let us know when booking so we can factor this into the schedule.
Do you provide car seats for young children?
Yes, complimentary. Just let us know when booking and we will have the appropriate seat ready. Florida law requires car seats for children 5 and under and we take that seriously at no extra charge.
How do I book and how far in advance?
You may book online through our reservation page or call and text us at (321) 221-1111. We have reservations for a year from now, so you are free to book as early as you'd like, but we recommend booking at least 72 hours in advance, especially during peak cruise season at Port Canaveral when demand is high. Please be aware that 72 hours is a recommendation, and we will accommodate you even at the last minute as long as we have availability.
Is gratuity included in the fare?
No, the fare includes all taxes and tolls, but gratuity is not included and is left to your discretion. We aim to keep our pricing transparent with no hidden surprises.
What is your pet policy?
We accept service animals as required by law. We also allow small dogs in carriers; please let us know when booking so we can ensure the vehicle is prepared for your pet.
